Once back on Riverside Drive, you'll be close to
these two monuments. The one on the left at 113th commemorates Kossuth,
who fought for Hungarian independence in 1848. The one on the right (about
112th) is Samuel Tilden, NY statesman. |

Building next to Tilden statue. Note the lions below the top floor.

Here's the red building by the Tilden statue from a couple blocks south.

If you head up Riverside, you'll come to Riverside
Church at 120th. We'll see it from a distance soon. |

Grant's Tomb is across the street from Riverside Church.

Grounds behind Grant's Tomb

Take 120th Street downhill to Claremont. The Manhattan
School of Music and the Jewish Theological Seminary are on the left. |

The Manhattan School of Music, 120th between Claremont
and Broadway. The Juilliard School of Music used to be here until it moved
to Lincoln Center some 30 years ago. Make a right on Claremont instead
of going all the way to Broadway. The Union Theological Seminary will
be on your left. |

Turn on this street by the Seminary. The red brick building is Teachers College.
