Visual Guided Tours of New York City

Upper West Side, Tour 1

PART ONE (59th-96th street) The Upper West Side lies west of Central Park and extends to the Hudson River. This tour includes Lincoln Center, Juilliard, The Museum of Natural History, Columbus Circle, Riverside Park, a Farmers Market, Broadway malls, statues, terra cotta, and various streets and buildings. This area is also home to ABC Television, a Fordham University campus, several additional concert spaces, and three art-film movie theaters that feature independent, foreign and classic films. Many artists and intellectuals live here, and Upper Westsiders buy more books than any other neighborhood in the country.
