Near the Pinetum. Let's head across the Park to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Cleopatra's Needle
Jogging in Central Park
Cleopatra's Needle from Thebes is near the museum, so if you see it, head in that direction. The obelisk has inscriptions on the sides.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art is located inside the Park from 80th to 84th and Fifth Avenue. It had scaffolding, but I managed this shot of the north wing.

Central Park Reservoir

Much of the area from 86th to 96th street is taken up by the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir, which is ringed by a pedestrian path used by joggers and a bridle path. The two towers belong to the El Dorado, a building at 90th and Central Park West.

Bridle Path, bridel path

The bridle path rings the Reservoir. Unfortunately, the Claremont Riding Stables, which rented the horses, closed recently. There's more park land to the west of the reservoir, while the east side is near the street (Fifth Ave.), so the remaining photos were shot from the west side.
